We take all reasonable and appropriate measures to keep your personal information secure. For example, we encrypt our laptops and our phones. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of it. We back-up all your personal information on a regular basis.


5. IMPORTING OF PERSONAL CONTACTS

One of the wonderful features of our flagship product, Little Black Book, is the ability to import your contacts from your phone. All contacts that are imported are encrypted using Open SSL_encryption and Open SSL_decryption; and saved on the database.


6. HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED

We may use your personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiries,
  • provide you with our services,
  • invite you to attend events we hold,
  • send you marketing material (including electronic communications) relating to other solutions you might be interested in. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time and thereafter we will not market to you.

You may use your contacts’ personal information to:

  • remember and celebrate special dates in your contact’s lives.

7. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
